Intention: To honor the resting of the sun and balanced work in hibernation. 

Uses: Steep herbs in hot water for 3-5 minutes and drink as an offering to the winter season. 

Ingredients: Hierba buena, Jamaica, Lemongrass, Red Clover Blossom, Sage
