All purchases are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@meliponacollective.com and we will respond to your email with exchange instructions.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
