For this summer season, I pulled collective messages for each of the four elements asking "What is the energy of this season and how can we work with it?"

🌱 Earth: Reversed Strength
This summer is asking you to stop shrinking and start trusting yourself. You already have the knowledge, experience, and preparation needed to move forward with the dreams and goals you've been holding close. The question is: do you believe in yourself enough to take the next step?
Don't let fear, doubt or worries about what others might think keep you small. You are far more capable and resilient than you give yourself credit for. Think about a time when you once believed something was impossible, yet somehow you still found your way through. That same strength lives within you now.
Move forward with intention, compassion, and confidence. Your abundance is here to remind you that you are worthy of receiving simply because you exist.
Summer Ritual: Stand in front of a mirror once a week and speak eight affirmations aloud to yourself. Allow yourself to truly receive your own words. Let this practice become a reminder that you already possess everything you need to continue moving forward.
Air (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius)

This summer is highlighting your future, your family, and the legacy you're building. You've been working hard, and it's important that you acknowledge just how far you've come. There are people rooting for you, supporting you, and wanting to see you succeed even though you sometimes forget that.
You don't have to do everything alone. Lean on your community. Seek guidance from those who have walked similar paths. Receiving support doesn't make your accomplishments any less meaningful.

You may choose a yellow candle for confidence, white for wisdom, green for abundance, or red for stability and protection. As the candle burns safely, speak your intentions aloud and ask for guidance in remembering who you are, where you come from, and the path you're meant to walk.
Water (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces)

This summer is asking you to take an honest look at where you may be overworking, overcommitting, or using busyness as a way to avoid being present with yourself. You do not need to prove your worth through productivity. You are already enough.
This season invites you to create more balance between work and the rest of your life. Spend time with the people you love. Rest without guilt. Allow yourself moments of joy simply because they nourish you, not because they produce something.
You may also feel called to reconnect with an old hobby, creative practice, or passion that once brought you happiness. Return to it simply because it brings you joy (and not for any monetary purpose).
Summer Ritual: Choose one day each week to have a true day of joy: NO work, obligations or productivity goals. Spend the day dancing, painting, going to the beach, listening to music, gathering with loved ones, or simply resting. Give yourself permission to experience pleasure, play, and presence without needing to earn it.
Fire (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius)
🔥 Fire: Reversed King of Swords
Summer is amplifying your fire, and with that comes an invitation to be mindful of how you use your energy, your words, and your influence. You've been making plans, setting goals, and taking action toward the life you're creating. But this season asks you to slow down enough to make sure you're responding from clarity rather than reacting from emotion.

You're in the midst of a powerful transformation, becoming the version of yourself you've long envisioned, but that process asks for accountability, humility, and compassion.
If emotions begin to feel overwhelming, step back before responding. Give yourself space to cool down and return to the situation with a clearer mind.
Summer Ritual: The next time you feel angry, overwhelmed, or ready to send that heated text, pause. Grab your journal and write down everything you're feeling without censoring yourself. Once you've released it onto paper, invite in the water element to help cool and cleanse the energy. You might lightly mist yourself and the paper with rose water or florida water, place the paper in a bowl of water, or safely release it in another meaningful way. Allow the water to carry away what no longer needs to be held.
Seasonal readings are about understanding the energy we are walking into so that we can move with intention instead of reaction. Whether this season feels gentle or intense for you, just remember that growth rarely happens when everything stays the same.
